INCA is an association created by the four Districts for the purpose of administering the grant and reward stipend programs. The four District Superintendents that make-up the Executive Team have direct oversight and accountable for INCA’s financial solvency. The Executive Director and the administrative team are charged with oversight and accountable for INCA’s day to day operations and administration. The 12 member State Board consists of equal representation of laypersons and pastors from each district. They oversee the awarding of grants and are accountable for INCA’s vision and mission.
