Home About Us History

In 2009 INCA was established when the 4 districts were awarded a grant by the Lilly Endowment, for the purpose of helping pastors achieve excellence in ministry. During the grant application process surveys were conducted among the pastors on the 4 districts, to better understand the issues negatively impacting their ability to minister. Two areas of stress emerged 1. Financial pressures and 2. Struggles with personal health and wellness. In response to these issues the following grant and a reward stipend programs were developed.

Grant are made available to assist pastors and their families in the following areas:

  • Professional development
  • Continuing education
  • Financial Planning
  • Debt Retirement
  • Seeding college funds for the pastor's children
  • Seeding a Pastor's retirement program
  • Health and Wellness programs to assist with such things as orthodontia care for pastor's children, to fitness center memberships and equipment
  • Medical expenses

Reward stipends are available to those pastors and their spouses who participated in INCA's Health Risk Assessment.

INCA's ultimate goal is to help churches, help their pastors. While at the same time impacting in a positive way the culture at both the local church and district level.
